Seth is a Director at LFB Ventures and is based in the Encinitas office. In addition to originating new business, Seth is leading the efforts to introduce technology to the company’s existing platform to advance, and grow, both the lending and capital advisory businesses. In this capacity, Seth leans on his strong skill sets in excel, project analysis, finance and statistics.

Seth has a diverse background in real estate, with experience in development, redevelopment, and finance. Prior to joining the LFB team, Seth spent most of his career as a capital advisor, structuring financing for residential, multifamily, office, hotel, and retail assets. In addition to his time in the capital markets space, Seth was also a principal in both residential and commercial developments.

Seth graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Finance and Statistics. When not working, Seth spends his time cycling, snowboarding, scuba diving, traveling, and hanging out with his dog, Snickers.
