With over 13 years of direct lending experience, as well as, an active investor into commercial and residential real estate, taking on the role of Managing Director at LFB Ventures is the next great step in my career and excited to bring my relationships along with me.

Growing up in the suburbs of Denver Colorado, it was a natural path to pursue higher education at Colorado State University where I received a B.A. in Economics in 2005. My financial career began at a small local commercial bank outside of San Diego CA as a Credit Analyst. Within 3 years I would become the youngest Loan Officer of a larger bank back in Colorado, managing a Portfolio of just over $80MM.

It was shortly after this time, the banking rescission hit the entire lending industry and I transitioned out of finance into business operation and development roles in Los Angeles CA. Over the next 6 years (2009 - 2015) I found myself managing a small direct marketing company, developing multiple content distribution startups, partnering & coaching in youth league lacrosse programs, and co-founding a marketing technology platform that was sold after a year of creating. In 2015, I decided to get back into finance and real estate and joined a very prominent commercial brokerage firm based in Los Angeles. After a demanding education in investment banking and capital markets, I decided to join the capital side of real estate. This is where I have been for the last 8 years originating and underwriting all types of residential developments. I even picked up a couple properties of my own over the years.

I am excited to bring my experiences and analytical skills to LFB Ventures, not only to deploy capital but also advise and promote all development scenarios across my desk.

I reside in Brentwood Tennessee with my wife Lauren, my son Paxton and daughter Emerson. Nowadays I spend most of my free time on my next generation, while sneaking in a round or two of golf.
