Dustin Gabriel joined LFB Ventures as a Managing Director to open the Dallas office. In addition to growing the Dallas office, Dustin will focus on expanding LFB’s current lending and capital advisory platforms nationwide. 

Prior to LFB, Dustin was the Head of Originations, Central Region for Broadmark Realty Capital focused on senior, subordinate and participation investments for commercial properties. Also, with Petros PACE Finance (an Athene NYSE: ATH/Apollo NYSE: APO company) originating PACE loans, a gap financing mechanism that replaces more expensive mezzanine financing and equity in the capital stack on new construction and major rehabilitations for commercial properties. Served as the Director of Investor Relations and Capital Markets for a family office and their private equity funds. Was a loan officer within Bank OZK’s (NYSE: OZK) Real Estate Specialties Group focused on complex construction and bridge loans for commercial properties. At NGN Capital, he and his partners raised the capital to co-sponsor in the acquisition and development of suburban class A office buildings, land assemblage and a multifamily rehab.  

Dustin is a graduate of Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and holds an MPA with an emphasis in finance from the Romney Institute. He is a former collegiate athlete and starting Strong Safety on a top 25 nationally ranked Cougar football team.
