John is a Director focusing on real estate development financing in primary markets as well as up and coming municipalities. John structures bridge, ground up construction and rehab financing and identifies land and urban infill opportunities for builders and financiers.

Prior to LFB Ventures, John worked in real estate development, private equity and capital markets. During this time John garnered a deep appreciation for how risk is evaluated, capital is structured and traded in secondary markets.

John has a BA in Public Relations and Advertising from Chapman University and received his FINRA certification for his series 79.
