Max is an Associate at LFB Ventures, based in Encinitas, CA. He is responsible for sourcing opportunities, conducting market research, analyzing deals, and supporting business development efforts. Max specializes in facilitating financing for land, multifamily, and residential acquisition and development projects across both primary and emerging markets.

Prior to joining LFB, Max worked at a leading land brokerage firm in Phoenix, AZ, where he facilitated transactions for investors, homebuilders, and multifamily and industrial developers throughout the Valley. With a deep understanding of acquisition, entitlement, and residential development, Max leverages his expertise to add value to LFB’s portfolio and client relationships.

Max holds a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and cheering on his Arizona Wildcats.
