Kai is responsible for developing sources and uses statements supporting the underwriting of initial loan requests to streamline LFB’s review processes.  He works closely with senior originators to facilitate the flow of financial information between sponsors.

Prior to joining LFB Ventures, Kai worked at Cassidy & Associates Real Estate, Inc., a residential brokerage in San Diego, as well as Top Gun CRE, a commercial brokerage specializing primarily in multifamily.

Kai is currently a senior at San Diego State University pursuing a degree in Real Estate.

In his free time, Kai enjoys golfing, fishing, and surfing.
