LFB Ventures recently financed the acquisition of 9 finished lots, plus the vertical construction of 4 semi-custom homes in the upscale golf community known as Spanish Hills in Ventura, CA. These semi-custom homes will range in size from 4,452 to 5,656 square feet and will offer both a main house and ADU on the average 1 acre lots.

The term of the loan was for 18 months, with an extension, to provide enough runway to build and sell the first 4 homes. LFB will offer a second financing to the borrower to complete the remaining 5 homes once ready.
